Service area
We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada. Available shipping services are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. After shipment, the carrier may need 1-3 business days to display the first tracking scan.

United States
Standard shipping costs $9.99. Orders of $59.90 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery after shipment is 3-7 business days. Estimated total time from order placement is 4-9 business days.

Canada
Available shipping services and prices are displayed at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery after shipment is 3-9 business days. Estimated total time from order placement is 4-11 business days. Customs processing may extend these estimates. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking and delays
A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is sent after shipment. Tracking can occasionally pause while a parcel moves between carrier facilities. If an order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment, contact us so we can investigate.
